グラッドストーン日本語学園創立５５周年記念祝賀同窓会、開催される

長年にわたりJALTAの加盟校であるグラッドストーン日本語学園の創立５５周年記念祝賀同窓会が５月３０日（土曜日）午後５時より日系センターを会場に盛大に開催されました。会場には創立当初からの学校の様子の写真が所狭しと飾られ、同窓生やその家族は一枚一枚懐かしそうに見ていらっしゃいました。卒業生のスピーチ、総領事からのお祝いの言葉、永年勤続の先生の表彰、そしてアトラクションとして在校生によるヨサコイ、そして村上園長も参加されたお琴の演奏などが披露され、華やかな会となりました。

Gladstone Japanese Language School Holds 55th Anniversary Celebration Alumni Reunion

Gladstone Japanese Language School, a long-standing member of JALTA, held a grand 55th anniversary celebration alumni reunion on Saturday, May 30th, at 5:00 PM at the Japanese Cultural Centre. The venue was filled with photographs of the school from its founding days, and alumni and their families gazed at each one with nostalgic expressions. The event featured speeches by graduates, congratulatory remarks from the Consul General, awards for long-serving teachers, and entertainment including a Yosakoi dance performance by current students and a koto performance in which Principal Murakami participated, making for a truly splendid celebration.
