October Sports Day in VJLS

SJLS Halloween Event
サレー日本語学校で最初に行われる合同イベントは、10月27日の「ハロウィン」です。 生徒だけではなく、先生もコスチュームを着てイベントに参加します！ 今年は、どんなかわいいコスチュームが見れるのか、今から楽しみです。 The first joint event at Surrey Japanese School will be our Halloween event, taking place on October 27th. GJLS Summer School in July and August
サマースクール サマースクールを７月と８月の2回、行いました。ラジオ体操から始まり、涼しい朝のうちに学習をしました。日本文化を体験することをねらいとして午後は、学園オリジナルのおみこしを担いだり、スイカ割りをしたり、ヨーヨーや魚釣りなどをして、子供たちは楽しみながら日本の夏を味わいました。 Summer School Summer school was held twice in July and August. I started with radio gymnastics and studied in the cool morning. In the afternoon, with the aim of experiencing Japanese culture, the children enjoyed the Japanese summer while carrying the school’s original omikoshi, splitting watermelons, yo-yo and fishing.

GJLS Celebrates 55th Anniversary
５５周年を迎えて 1971年に創立した本学園は、今年創立５５周年を迎えます。「生徒、保護者と学校が三者一体となって」を大切にし、皆様のお力添えをいただきながらここまで来ることができました。初心に返って今年度も楽しく日本語教育に精進したいと思います。 Celebrating the 55th anniversary Founded in 1971, this school celebrates its 55th anniversary this year. Yearend Presentation (CJLA)
In June 2024, CJLA hosted its Year-End Presentation. Each class performed plays and readings in Japanese, impressing all the parents with their efforts. 学習発表会 2024年6月にCJLAで学習発表会が行われました。 各クラスが日本語で劇や朗読を披露し、保護者の前で頑張って発表する姿が印象的でした。

Spring Break Camp (CJLA)
In March 2025, CJLA held its first Spring Break Camp! Students practiced Japanese through fun activities like crafts, games, and songs. It was three days full of smiles and learning for all participants! 春休みキャンプ 2025年3月、CJLAでは初の「春休みキャンプ」が開催されました。 日本語の会話練習を中心に、クラフトやゲーム、歌などを通して楽しく学びました。 参加した子どもたちの笑顔があふれる3日間でした！

Nihongo-Son Test (BJLS)
On April 16, 2025, Burnaby Japanese Language School held the “Nihongo-son” test. “Nihongo-son” is an annual proficiency test designed to measure the students’ learning progress. Students spent time during their spring break reviewing and preparing for the test. We are looking forward to seeing the results! 日本語ソン 2025年4月16日にバーナビー日本語学校で「日本語ソン」テストを行いました。「日本語ソン」は、子ども達の学習の成果を図る到達度テストで、毎年１回行われています。 子ども達は、春休み中に復習に取り組み、テストに臨みました。結果に期待！
