School News 2026 May ウエストポイントグレイ日本語クラス [ 過去数年前の記事] コロナ期の頃、全クラスオンライン体制をとりました。 小学科中学年以上は、さほどきつくは、ありませんでしたが、幼児クラス、小学科低学年のクラスは、少し困難でした。 恒例のイベントも中止で、子供達には、声かけも躊躇していました。 でも、コロナも終息してクラスにて対面授業になるとみんな満面笑顔でした。そんな時、保護者の皆様が集われ運動会の準備、開催をしてくださいました。 私達クラス側にとり、感慨無量です。涙が止まりまでんでした。 それは、それは、楽しい運動会でした。心より保護者の皆様に感謝です。 やはり、学校教育というには、学校、子供、保護者 この3つの関係が等しい信頼関係の正三角形を保ち続ける事が、大切ですね。 保護者の皆様、ありがとうございます。 [今後のクラス] 今年度も後少しになりました。当クラスでは、体験学習を重視しております。月1度の(おやつ作り)では、子供達の “やろう！”“ やりたい！“ の強い好奇心が、読み取れます。 今月、来月もおやつ作りを実施します。何を作るか、楽しみです。 みんなで体験して、共感できる事、大切ですね。 West Point Grey Japanese Class [Article from several years ago] During the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes were conducted online.While it wasn’t too difficult for the upper elementary grades, it was a bit challenging for the preschool and lower elementary classes.
