2025 Speech Presentation
The 25th Speech Presentation was held on February 9th, 2025, at the Vancouver Japanese Language School. Seventeen enthusiastic students participated this year. All the participants made great speeches, and everyone enjoyed a wonderful experience, and the participating students gained strong confidence in public speaking.
Theatre player’s “Za Daikon” presented us the play named “Chigai kurabe”. Everyone in attendance enjoyed this play. We very much appreciated the participation of all the students and parents.
In memory of our teacher Mari Honma who recently passed away, we appreciate and recognize all her hard work with JALTA over many years, and we send all our sincere condolences out to her family, along with our prayers for her soul to rest in peace.
今年の2月9日、バンクーバー日本語学校にて「第25回お話発表会」が開催されました。
各学校から17名の生徒が参加し、それぞれの想いや経験を発表してくれました。生徒の緊張した顔、発表後の自信に満ちた顔がとても印象的でした。また、劇団「座・だいこん」による劇「ちがいくらべ」は、今年もまた会場の皆様を笑顔にしてくれました。
お話発表会の開催にあたり、お力添え頂いた全ての皆様に深く感謝を申し上げます。
また、長い間JALTAにご尽力頂いた本間真里先生のご功績を偲び、心よりご冥福をお祈り致します。
2024 Speech Presentation
The 24th Conversation Presentation was held again this year, 2024. Eighteen students participated this time. All the participants made a splendid story presentation. There was also a play performance by the traditional theater company ‘Za Daikon’. It is called ‘Kangaegoto’ and the kids were delighted too. Thanks to all who contributed to making the story presentation. Thank you so much!
今年も「第２４回お話発表会」が開催されました。今回は18名の生徒たちが参加してくれました。参加者はみんな堂々とした発表をしてくれました。また、こちらも恒例の劇団「座・だいこん」による劇。ことしは「かんがえごと」。子どもたちも大喜びでした。お話発表会の開催にあたり、ご協力くださったすべての皆様。本当にありがとうございました！
2019 SPEECH PRESENTATION
JALTA’s annual event “Story Presentation” was held again this year for the 21st time. 28 students participated this time. The children showed us stories about their memories of fun, what they like, and how they feel in the norm. And again this year, the troupe ‘Za Daikon’ performed ‘Jugemu’, and the children were delighted. Thanks to all who contributed to making the story presentation. Thank you so much!
JALTA恒例の行事「お話発表会」が今年も開催されました。今回で２１回目です。今回は28名の生徒たちが参加してくれました。子どもたちは、楽しかった思い出や、自分の好きなこと、普段から感じていることなど、思い思いのお話を披露してくれました。そして今年も劇団「座・だいこん」による「寿限無（じゅげむ）」が演じられ、子どもたちも大喜びでした。お話発表会の開催にあたり、ご協力くださったすべての皆様。本当にありがとうございました！
